Metis is a "DAO-as-a-Service" platform which helps users to create value through collaboration on the blockchain. By creating a comprehensive, sustainable and wholesome Web3 economy it seeks to have impact beyond payment-focused solutions.

Metis started in 2019 and launched its blockchain in November 2021. Several private and public investment rounds were conducted with a total funding of over 5 million USD so far. Metis has several ecosystem partnerships but no big names yet.

Users can mine METIS, use it to pay for transactions and for services offered through Decentralized Autonomous Companies, that build on Metis. It also plays a role as collaboration collateral to reduce spam and ensure trust between collaborateurs.
